Geiger Pioneer Farm - Liability Waiver and Release Form
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT.
Geiger Pioneer Farm is protected by the Florida Agritourism Act.
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any event or visiting the premises of Geiger Pioneer Farm, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Release of Liability:
Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that my participation in activities at Geiger Pioneer Farm (the “Farm”), including but not limited to special events, festivals, field trips, farm tours, demonstrations, animal encounters, and other outdoor recreational activities, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Slips, trips, or falls
Contact with farm animals or equipment
Exposure to allergens, insects, or natural elements
Unpredictable terrain and weather conditions
etc.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may be sustained while on the Farm premises, whether caused by negligence of the Farm or otherwise.
Release and Waiver
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any activities on the Farm, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Geiger Pioneer Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, or affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in such activity or while on or around the Farm premises.
Medical Treatment
I understand and agree that Geiger Pioneer Farm is not responsible for providing medical care and authorize any emergency medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured while on the premises. I agree to be financially responsible for any such treatment.
Photographic Release
I grant permission to Geiger Pioneer Farm to use photographs, videos, or other likenesses of myself or my children for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation or approval rights.
Minor Participants
If I am signing this waiver on behalf of a minor under 18 years of age, I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to the minor's participation. I agree to release and indemnify Geiger Pioneer Farm from all liability arising out of the minor’s participation.
Binding Agreement
This Release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this agreement, and that by purchasing a ticket, I agree to be bound by its terms.
Electronic Agreement
By proceeding with this ticket purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Release of Liability and Waiver. This electronic agreement is legally binding.
